The Erasmus office has three teachers whose tasks are:

1. Coordination of all activities. Relationship educational administration and administrative tasks.
2. Development of motivation and promotion activities. Tracking placements.
3. International communications. Translations.
   

Besides the three teachers perform the search task Schools and businesses for work experience and maintain various communication channels (through the Center's website, presentations to groups, email and telephone contact) with the institutions, students and teachers.

Erasmus office operating:

• The Languages departments ​​(responsible for language training and certification level languages ​​mobility participants)
• The Guidance department (responsible for analyzing the Erasmus student profile and to develop a suitability report)
• The manager of the Department of IT-Electronics and Health (collaborate in developing the suitability report, courses, advertising) play a fundamental role.
